• Cognitive assessment (WISC/WJ-IV and Vineland-3)- 5 hours (3 for assessment and 2 for report completion) ~$1,000

• Learning assessment (WISC/WIAT)- 9-11 hours (6 for assessment and up to 5 for scoring and report completion) ~$1,900-2400

• Autism Assessment - 9-11 hours (4-6 for assessment (parent and child), 2 for observations, and 3 for report completion) ~$1,900-2400

• ADHD Assessment - 5.5-8.5 hours (up to 6.5 for assessment and observations, and 2 for report completion) ~$1,200-1850

• Sensory Profile Assessment - 2 hours (1 for completion/liaison with caregivers and teachers, and 1 for report writing) ~$390

• Movement ABC for Dyspraxia/DCD - 3 hours (1 for assessment w/ child, 30minute interview with parent, 1.5 for report writing) ~$580

• Handwriting assessmet - 2 hours (1 for assessment, and 1 for report writing) ~$390

• Functional Capacity Assessment - 10 hours (combination of observation, assessment, report writing) ~$2000

• Language Assessment - 4.5 hours (2 for assessment and 2.5 for scoring and report writing) ~$872.96

• Speech Assessment (articulation) - 3.5 hours (1 for assessment and 2.5 for scoring and report writing) ~$678.97

• Feeding and Mealtimes Assessment - 3.5 hours (1 for assessment and 2.5 for scoring and report writing) ~$678.97

*Note: If completing more than 3 of these assessment types (e.g., language, speech, and feeding) billing for the report may increase to 3-4 hours total based on the complexity of the client.
