Play Therapy

Child centred play therapy helps children safely express their thoughts and feelings through play in a way that feels natural to them. Working with our experienced Play Therapist in Noosaville, children can develop emotional regulation, build confidence, and strengthen healthy relationships in everyday life.

❋ Our Approach

We take a child centred, neuro-affirming and relationship-focused approach to play therapy, creating a safe and nurturing space where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Through play, we build trust and connection first — supporting children to explore emotions, develop regulation skills, and grow in confidence. Our goal is to ensure every child feels understood, respected, and supported as they make sense of their experiences and build resilience.

❋How We Work

We offer clinic-based, school-based, home-based and telehealth appointments, and work with NDIS and private children and teens from 4 to 18 years old.

❋ Our Team

Our Paediatric Play Therapy team is experienced in supporting children’s emotional development, regulation, attachment, and social skills through child-led, therapeutic play. We value and celebrate every neurotype and create safe, inclusive spaces where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop coping skills. We work closely with families, educators, and our multidisciplinary team to support each child’s wellbeing, relationships, and participation across home, school, and community environments.
